1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.

2. Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Makeup, perfumes, and cosmetics: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns of makeup, perfumes, or cosmetic products if they have been unsealed after delivery (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

3. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form, stating your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Return shipping fees

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return. The refund may be delayed until the returned products are received.

6. Defective products or order errors

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part in preparing your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a return at our expense and offer you either an exchange or a refund.

7. Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Makeup, perfumes, and cosmetics if the packaging has been unsealed.
