We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you wish to return a product, our return policy is designed to provide you with a simple experience.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Makeup, perfumes and cosmetics : For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we do not accept returns of makeup or perfume products if they have been unsealed after delivery (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

3. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Return costs

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).

5. Reimbursement

Once the product has been returned and checked, we will refund you via the payment method used when ordering, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. The refund may be deferred until receipt of the products.

6. Defective Products or Order Errors

In case of defective product or error on our part in preparing your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will organize a return at our expense and an exchange or refund will be offered to you.

7. Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Makeup and perfume products if the packaging has been unsealed.
• Products on sale or on sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
